How Mectronica automated its multi-platform shipping
Mectronica was founded in 2011 with a clear idea: to offer quality electronics and home automation products. The technological spirit of its founders soon took the company online, first on marketplaces and then with its own e-commerce store.

Keeping up with the times
Mectronica was born offline, but from the start we knew demand would move online. We moved to eBay, then built our own store on PrestaShop. But one piece was missing: how to handle shipping.
SOLUTION
Automated, multi-platform shipping
Sendcloud integrates seamlessly with PrestaShop and lets us automate the entire shipping process, cutting manual work to almost zero. Printing a label is now a single click.
We also enriched our checkout: thanks to Sendcloud's integrations, customers can now collect their orders at service points.
RESULTS
Fewer returns, happier customers
Returned shipments dropped sharply and customers can track their orders on their own. Branded tracking emails and pages show the Mectronica logo everywhere, reassuring customers and putting the brand front and center. And Sendcloud's customer support has been exceptional.
