• Combined dimensions (length + 2×height + 2×width) can't exceed 3 meters.

• For air shipments, the longest side can't exceed 200 cm.

• Max weight is 40 kg for ground shipments, 65 kg for air.

• Shipments outside the EU require the original commercial invoice plus 4 copies, signed, stamped, and written in English or the destination's official language.

International Express

An urgent international delivery service including standard insurance, multi-parcel shipments, and online tracking. Delivery time depends on destination — for example, 1 day to Germany or the UK, 2 days to Mexico, the US, or China.

International Standard

For less urgent European shipments. Includes single-parcel shipping, online tracking, and international insurance. Delivery time varies by destination — for example, 3 days to Germany or Italy, 2 days to France.
