            Geodis Messagerie

            Geodis Messagerie France (ATK/MES): this service offers standard delivery within 3 days for your Geodis parcels, and allows you to ship parcels up to 70 kilos, with a maximum length of 300 cm and a height of 180 cm. The combined length and girth must not exceed 400 centimeters.

            The "On Demand" delivery option can be added to this service, allowing delivery following an online appointment booked by the recipient.

            Geodis Messagerie France Pack30: also offers standard delivery, for parcels up to 30 kilos. The total dimensions must not exceed 200 centimeters.

            Geodis Express France

            An express solution for your single or multi-piece shipments with excellent service quality.

            This service includes the following options:

            Geodis Express France (CXI/CX/EXP/INE): this service offers express next-day delivery. The maximum permitted weight is 70 kg, with dimensions identical to the services mentioned above. Depending on your contract, several options can be added such as On Demand delivery, scheduled delivery for 9 a.m. or 12 p.m., or Saturday delivery.

            Geodis Express France Securepac INP: this service is ideal for your lightweight shipments such as small parcels or envelopes, since the maximum permitted weight is 3 kg, with dimensions of 45 cm x 43 cm x 7 cm. It guarantees next-day letterbox deliveries. With Securepac, it is also possible to schedule a Saturday delivery.

            Geodis Distribution Europe MEI: this service allows you to ship parcels within 4 days to all European Union countries as well as to the United Kingdom. The parcel must have a maximum weight of 70 kg, a maximum length of 400 cm, and a height of 200 cm.

            Geodis Express Europe EEX: this service allows you to ship parcels within 3 days to all European Union countries as well as to the United Kingdom. The parcel must have a maximum weight of 70 kg, a maximum length of 300 cm, and a height of 180 cm.

            For returns:

            Geodis offers two delivery services allowing international returns of parcels up to 70 kg, namely:

            • Geodis Messagerie Transverse ENL: the maximum permitted length is 400 centimeters, and the height 200 cm.

            • Geodis Express Transverse ENE: the maximum permitted length is 300 centimeters, and the height 180 cm.

            • Geodis Saturday delivery

              Geodis lets you schedule a Saturday morning delivery on request. The services compatible with this option are the domestic offerings, namely Geodis Express France CXI/CX/EXP/INE and Geodis Express France Securepac.

              Aside from Saturday delivery, Geodis offers other options such as deferred delivery, allowing you to schedule your delivery for the date of your choice, within the following 8 business days.

              Geodis service points

              Geodis also has an "On Demand Relay" delivery offering, allowing delivery to your customers at a service point. Indeed, Geodis has a network of nearly 8,000 service points across France, which can be anything from tobacconists to florists. Geodis service points accept single-parcel deliveries up to 20 kg, with a maximum length of 130 cm and total dimensions (L + W + H) not exceeding 1.70 meters.

              Many of you wonder how to track your Geodis delivery. The answer is simple: just enter your 12-character 1G tracking number in uppercase. You can also enter your shipment number along with your postal code.

              Please note that from your customer account or by contacting Geodis customer service, you will have access to your Geodis parcels.
