Delivers within the Iberian Peninsula in 24h/48h, with delivery before 10:00 or 14:00 available. Delivery is Monday to Friday with 3 delivery attempts; there are no delivery points in Portugal (pickup only). Package limits: 150 cm max length, 240 cm combined dimensions, 40 kg max weight.

For B2B and B2C deliveries worldwide, shipped by air via the B2C carrier. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 1–4 days depending on destination, with 3 delivery attempts. Multi-parcel shipments available for EU orders. Incoterm: DAP. No proof of delivery available. Package limits: 120 cm max length, 240 cm combined dimensions, 40 kg max weight.

CTT Express International Ecommerce

For B2B and B2C deliveries within Europe, shipped by road via TNT. Delivery is Monday to Friday, around 4 days, with SMS status updates and 3 delivery attempts. Package limits: 60 x 40 x 40 cm, 25 kg max weight.

Returns with CTT Express

CTT Express Pickup + Return (24h/48h)

Combines a pickup with a return. Creating a label this way automatically schedules a pickup for the next business day. Returns are only available from Spain (returns to Portugal require a direct contract). Pickup fees apply and aren't included in the shipping price.

CTT Express Exchange (24h/48h)

For simultaneous outbound and return shipments — two labels are created, but you only need to print the outbound one; the driver supplies the second when collecting the parcel. Available for exchanges within the Iberian Peninsula.
