    Flexibility for shipments

    The services provided by Chronopost offer you a huge amount of flexibility. First of all, labeling is quite flexible, since it can be done either by printing the label (yourself or from a kiosk at a post office) or by presenting a QR code. This e-label option makes the shipping label digital and saves you from having to print it. You simply show the QR code received on your smartphone when dropping off your parcel at a Pickup point.

    You can then choose to drop off your parcel at a post office, a Chronopost branch, or a Pickup point. For even more convenience, Chronopost also offers pickup on request. This collection service is available across the entire Chronopost range and from any location in mainland France.

    Simplified returns

    As with shipments, returns also come with the paperless e-label alternative for drop-off at a Pickup point. For drop-offs at a post office, the label is printed at a franking machine. Pickup points are generally open 6 days a week, and 95% of the population will find one within 15 minutes. Return pickup is also available at home, by appointment.

    The carrier has also introduced the Predict service. The recipient receives a message notifying them of the upcoming delivery. If the time slot doesn't suit them, they can reschedule delivery to fit their preferences. The new delivery can take place on a different date, at a pickup point, or even at a neighbor's address.

    And since Sendcloud can give you access to a pre-negotiated contract with the carrier, there's almost nothing left for you to do. As is often the case, shipping rates depend on the weight of your parcel and its destination zone. With Sendcloud, they will also depend on your subscription plan and the Chronopost offer you choose (offers detailed further below).

    For example, shipping a 1.5 kg parcel within France will cost you €13.25 for next-day delivery before 6 p.m., €16.93 before 1 p.m., and €20.94 before 10 a.m., with the Small Shop subscription. For delivery via Chrono Relais, expect to pay €8.77. Sending the same parcel to the Netherlands will cost you €14.60 with Chrono Classic and €13.00 with Chrono Relais.
